Completely restored and divided in 3 apartments, each provided with heating system and furnished with typical Tuscan furniture. The old timber beams and the ancient brick-made arches were skillfully brought back to light. The estate offers a marvelous panorama on the Tuscan hills and San Gimignano. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is located in front of the house, in the middle of the garden where guests of each apartment have their own private external equipped space. Behind the house there is a brick-made barbeque, a stone-made table,
a verandah and the parking area.
